You'll contribute to our mission by:
Inputting Team Member information into hiring systems and maintain corresponding paperwork in accordance with the Data Entry Standard Operating Procedure
Completing payroll changes, transfers, and terminations in a timely fashion
Providing information for background checks, unemployment, and government agencies
Answering the Human Resources phone line; answering employee questions and directing calls as needed
Assisting Team Members with questions and concerns as they arise
Completing all paperwork required for a Team Member to be employed
Maintaining proper record keeping of files
Assisting in phone calls to schedule interviews and complete paperwork
Sorting and issuing paychecks on a weekly basis
You'll do it with your:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating System
Superior phone etiquette
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety
Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with large groups of people
Sense of fun
Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to address guest concerns
Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
You'll know you're ready if you are:
Willing to work in a high performance team environment
Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
18 years old or older
Able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
