Job Responsibilities: Enforces and follows all company policies and procedures. Ensures that work is accomplished in a safe and efficient manner. Directs the maintenance workforce and provides on-site expertise. Perform assigned duties following "GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES". Plans, schedules, and coordinates all corrective and preventive maintenance activities. Ensures a high quality of work by the maintenance craft workers. Verifies the qualification of craft worker and recommends training as needed. Works with the production supervisors to train operators on basic machine adjustments. Ensures the equipment meets the site profit plan. Champions proactive maintenance vs. reactive maintenance. Develops and implements preventive and predictive maintenance. Facilitates the procurement of supplies and spare parts to support all maintenance activities. Ensures that all craft personnel meet all training requirements. Consults with maintenance craft personnel on technical issues. Completes performance evaluations for maintenance craft personnel.   Job Qualifications: GED or High School Diploma. At least 10+ years experience in manufacturing. Prior experience in industrial maintenance. Intermediate Computer Skill (i.e. Word, Excel, etc). Excellent Troubleshoot Experience. Ability to work well with people. Communication skills are a must. Multi-tasked Individual. Ability to work independently.   Working Conditions: Factory environment Varying noise and heat levels. Responsibilities allow occasional opportunity for varying work routine   Physical Demands: Stand:  Long periods (minimum of 6 hours) Sitting:  Occasionally for short periods. Walking:  Frequently. Bending:  Occasionally. Twisting of Spine:  Occasionally. Lifting:  Light (< 30 lbs) infrequently. Carrying:  Light (30-50 lbs) infrequently, distance 100 ft. Pushing/Pulling:  < 75 lbs without assistance frequently.   SQF Requirements/Responsibilities Maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner Maintaining the master list of documents Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Notify any Maintenance Manager and/or QA Manager of a food quality and safety issue in the event a supervisor is unavailable. Back Up: Maintenance Supervisor and/or other Mechanics.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
