You'll contribute to our mission by:

  • Supporting the Six Flags Mantra -- Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service

  • Performing daily checks of Game equipment to ensure proper operation

  • Performing routine preventative maintenance on Games equipment

  • Repairing Games as needed

  • Ensuring all Games locations are ready, as it relates to equipment/systems, for park opening as well as park shutdown

  • Monitoring the inventory levels of parts and ordering parts and supplies when needed

  • Ensuring that all microphones and sound systems are working properly

  • Documenting all maintenance issues and follow up on reoccurring issues

  • Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies

  • Assisting in other areas of the Games Department

  • Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

You'll do it with Your:

  • Ability to pass a math test for cash handling certification

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety

  • Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with large groups of people

  • Sense of fun

  • Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to address guest concerns

  • Minor mechanical repair experience

  • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language

You'll know you're ready if you are:

  • Willing to work in a high performance team environment

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.

  • 18 years old or older

  • Able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
