Mazzotta Rentals, one of the largest (independent) construction equipment rental companies in the Northeast, is offering an excellent opportunity for a full-time Customer Contract Administrator who is ready to expand their career. To continue our expansion and unparalleled growth, we are searching for qualified and ambitious individuals to assist our customer service team in processing customer transactions within our contract management software.To be qualified, all applicants must have 1-3 years of experience using a contract management software. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of construction equipment and exhibit teamwork, verbal, and written skills. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.
Job Description Summary:

As a Customer Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Mazzotta Rentals Customer Service Team in supporting our sales force with the creation and maintenance of customer data files, pre-execution customer contract creation, revisions and execution and post-execution deliverables. 

  • Enter, update and maintain records, reservations, contracts, delivery and pick-up orders in the Mazzotta Rentals contract management software.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of team process and procedures.

  • Identify areas where efficiencies can be gained and propose solutions.

  • Prepare / send correspondence to customers and vendors.

  • Build and foster relationships with Sales, Operations and Support staff.

  • Prepare Rate Guides for Mazzotta Rentals customers at the request of our Sales and Operations departments.

  • Follow up on submitted documents for tracking purposes.

  • Facilitate Certificate of Insurance requests and approvals.

  • Review and process customer requests such as Purchase Orders and Vendor Forms.

  • Assist with post-award/execution contract deliverables such as reporting, processing addenda, and ensuring general compliance with customer contracts.

  • Research Customer information utilizing Mazzotta Rentals resources as well as outside research to determine customer's profile.

  • Provide dedicated customer contract related service/support to certain customers such as Sunbelt's managed account customers.

  • Assist in administering Mazzotta Rentals web portal accounts (e.g., CustomerPortal, EZRents247).

  • Manage customer contract inbox and phone lines.

  • Assist with research projects and other projects as assigned by supervisor.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
