You'll contribute to our mission by:
Supporting the Six Flags Mantra -- Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
Answering incoming calls, in a polite and timely manner, providing guests with required information or assistance
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Six Flags Season Pass / Membership programs, and any other park specific programs as necessary
Maintaining a positive working relationship with Guest Relations team members
Responding to all forms of Guest Correspondence through Fresh Desk, Guest Service Recovery, and written inquires
Completing varied clerical tasks as assigned by operations management
You'll do it with your:
Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office and Windows OS are required Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
Superior phone etiquette
Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner
Analytical problem solving skill
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Sense of fun
Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to address guest concerns
Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
You'll know you're ready if you are:
Willing to work in a high performance team environment
Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
18 years old or older
Able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
