Sales & Marketing Manager

Develop, direct and monitor all marketing functions of the company, including advertising, public relations, seminars, trade shows. premiums, etc.
Develop growth strategy in conjunction with General Manager to further fabrications growth across all markets except medical.
Develop, direct and monitor all sales functions of the company, including inquiry generation, inquiry response, quote generation, mail list accuracy, source of inquiry data, market trend data, etc.
Establish, monitor and manage a manufacturers rep network outside New England. Constantly review effectiveness of reps. General Manager to approve all appointments.
Mentor and develop an appropriate internal sales team for the New England area.
All non-New England area sales will be house sales reporting through Sales Manager.
Maintenance of an effective RFQ, quotations, quote follow-up, order tracking system. Generation of appropriate reports.
Together with the Technical Team, coordinate and conduct all customer visits to the facility.
Take personal responsibility for servicing key customers.
Together with the General Manager, take direct personal responsibility for closing major prospects.
Develop complete Sales/Marketing budget and ensure operation within approved budget.
Travel as requested and/or required. Visits to top 10 customers minimum of twice per year.
Represent the company in various trade organizations as requested.
Create, maintain and update sales budget forecasts no less than monthly with one-year forward updates.
Maintain all on-line activity and website activities at highest level of professionalism.
Maintain and monitor SEO activities.
Control, development, training and discipline of all subordinate staff.
Prepare timely reviews for all subordinate staff.
Prepare the following reports for the General Manager:
Management Report (weekly)
Sales Summary (weekly with monthly total)
Quote backlog (bi-weekly)
Quote follow-up report (bi-monthly)
As a member of the EBTEC Management Team will share overall responsibility for the development and growth of the business.
Adhere to standards of safety and housekeeping as established.
Performs other related job duties or responsibilities as requested or required, whether or not specifically mentioned in this job description.
4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
Employee should demonstrate proficiency with MS Word, Power Point and Excel. Previous sales experience with Power Generation and Aerospace components in a manufacturing environment would be considered a plus. Strong communication skills are required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
