Delivery Driver - Nights

The Job
The primary purpose for the Route Truck Driver is to insure that the customer receives their correct order in the condition that Diana's requires, and at the time that the customer requires that it be delivered. The route driver is expected to exceed customer expectations and be as helpful as possible whenever interacting with our customer or their representative.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Route Driver will deliver all customer orders in a timely fashion insuring that the customer receives what they ordered in the proper location at the appropriate time while obeying all traffic laws, rules and regulations.
The route driver will be responsible for loading and unloading their trucks in the proper manner assuring that the product will be in the required condition for sale and consumption
The driver must be able to lift, pull, and push at least 50 pounds and carry the product up and down off of the truck and up and down the customers stairways assuring that the product is delivered to the appropriate location
The route driver will obey all federal, state, and local laws insuring that they are driving in the safest manner possible. The driver will also follow any and all rules that the customer might have regarding driving or parking the vehicle.
The route driver will always maintain the truck by inspecting it each day prior to leaving the distribution center and submitting DVIR reports to his supervisor on a daily basis. Should an accident occur the driver must report the incident upon completion of the route
The driver will be customer focused doing everything that they can to insure that the customer receives everything that they ordered in the expected manner. The driver will maintain a very respectful manner whenever working on the customer's premises
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
