Work hours/environment:
Office environment Work hours 8AM to 4:
30PM, Monday through Friday Job duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Scheduling service calls Generating quotes for service Answering the phone to assist customers Taking and processing customer orders Process payments Assisting other personnel as necessary Process UPS, FedEx, and motor freight shipments daily Receiving service items via carrier or customer drop off Job qualifications/requirements High school diploma or greater Proficiency with Microsoft office products Positive customer focused attitude Strong attention to detail Organization skills Ability to lift 25LB Additional preferences (but not strictly required):
Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics GP) Previous experience working in an office environment Job Type:
