3K a year 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago Agawam East Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility.
You will be responsible for providing residents and guests of the facility a safe and intact environment.
HVAC, Plumbing or Electric experience preferred.
As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for setting the overall goals, strategies, and objectives for individual team members.
Some of your job duties will include maintaining processes and procedures to accomplish company objectives, as well as verify that all health and safety regulations are followed.
You will assure a preventive maintenance system is in place as well as procedures to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
The Director will confirm compliance with State and Federal Regulatory codes and abide by the standards identified in the Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan.

years' experience in a supervisory capacity Experience with HVAC, Plumbing or Electric preferred.
Building maintenance repair skills is required.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
